Your Role:

Global Relay Message is Global Relay’s purpose-built Instant Messaging and text communication platform for regulated industries. The Message Community Specialist is a collaborative customer facing role that provides an opportunity to work with Global Relay teams, prospects, and customers to accelerate the deployment and adoption of Global Relay Message.

As the subject matter expert for Global Relay Message, responsibilities include promoting the service in Global Relay’s existing customer base, developing strategies to increase adoption, overseeing implementation, and providing exceptional customer support. You will understand your customers’ business objectives and gather customer feedback while working with internal teams to help align the product roadmap

Your Job:

  • Increase adoption of Global Relay Message amongst Global Relay’s existing customers and prospective customers
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of Global Relay Message throughout the entire sales and adoption cycle
  • Work with teammates to create marketing communications and content
  • Communicate the features, benefits and value of Global Relay Message
  • Provide world class service in handling and resolving customer enquiries
  • Work with customers to increase product usage
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement across the product
  • Set customer expectations, communicate internally to ensure tasks are on schedule, and offer suggestions to increase onboarding efficiency
  • Meet and exceed company targets for adoption and usage


About You:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment or equivalent customer service
  • Previous experience in a sales/financial environment
  • Aptitude to learn and speak to technology-related subject matter
  • Proven ability to listen, record key points in a conversation, seek solutions, and respond with clarity
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Natural drive for growth and innovation
  • Ability to convey enthusiasm, energy and sincerity in telephone interactions
