Your Role:

Global Relay is looking to add an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales team. In this position, you will help us improve the performance of our sales and operations teams, and will be the change agent in improving processes that drive the next phases of our global growth.


Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will perform various functions, primarily to improve sales operation processes and efficiency of the sales department. You may also look for specific areas in which we can improve, such as pricing, account reassignments, and our RFP/RFI process.


You will be responsible for managing sales data and analytics, assisting in commission management, aligning opportunity sales strategy, and evaluating the general health of the sales process, to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently.


Your Job:


  • Partner with other Global Relay internal teams including Sales and Marketing to oversee opportunity lifecycle from Lead to Customer
  • Develop and maintain standard reporting measures (e.g. sales and pipeline reports) to facilitate reporting and analysis that will aid in the evaluation of sales initiatives and drive operational efficiency
  • Coordinate information flow and communication between sales, sales leaders, and marketing
  • Help sales find prospects and build lists
  • Work with sales teams to reassign accounts in Salesforce
  • Help build out scalable sales/business processes, sales team training programs, and infrastructure to support sales lead enrichment
  • Improve and manage sales processes including documentation and process improvements
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate sales outreach campaigns and track effectiveness
  • Provide insights to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales and marketing management teams
  • Managing sales representative compensation plans and incentives program
  • Maintain and manage data quality/integrity of data including allocation of accounts and sales regions
  • Resolve data discrepancies in our CRM system
  • Summarize and track CRM data monthly/quarterly/as needed (eg. usage, funnel, and activity)
  • Assist with the development, launch, management and monitoring of multiple concurrent sales operations projects to drive sales success
  • Help increase sales reps' efficiency with leads, prospecting and time management
  • Sales enablement activities such as creating and orchestrating sales campaigns


About You:


  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a prior Sales Operations role, ideally within a high growth SaaS or Cloud Services company
  • Proven ability to listen, effectively understand a situation, carefully record key points in a conversation, seek solutions, and respond with clarity
  • Proactive in looking for ways to improve processes and gain efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with superb business acumen
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, Zoominfo and other sales enablement tools
  • Experience with sales strategy execution, data analysis, and sales analytics; KPI’s reporting and operations management
  • Can handle multiple tasks and deal with several stakeholders, therefore, it is important that you are highly organized and detail oriented, possessing multi-tasking skills and efficiency in managing uncertain situations
  • Develop new ideas and creative solutions, as well as demonstrate skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
  • Must be motivated self-starter who can focus on achieving a set goal with limited supervision
  • Motivated and proactive learner and self-starter, pursuing continuous improvement in all job-related aspects
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
